Ok help please,

My 14 month old is usually an amazing night time sleeper, she settled on her own, slept all through the night, would hate if we tried to even rock her to sleep.

All of a sudden she wakes up screaming to the point I have to bring her into my bed, where she eventually falls asleep after 2hrs of crawling around the bed.

Tonight she wanted me to rock her to sleep but she would wake straight up the minute I tried to put her in her cot.

What is happening? Will she go back to her usually self or is this becoming the new norm?
