This means nothing sorry. Your pregnancy test is negative. No need to take LH after ovulation. You will.often have high LH before a period so to avoid wishful thinking, just use LH for its intended purpose and pregnancy tests for their intended purpose. Best of luck!!

You can have a surge before AF shows up
Unfortunately if you have a positive OPK and a negative pregnancy test it means you’re not pregnant as they will be positive at the same time
