Testing
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year now. We are healthy 27 year olds and when we started trying we assumed it would happen quickly. I had blood work done a couple months ago and my hormone levels look pretty good. Yesterday I had my first ever pelvic ultrasound to look for any abnormalities. I've had very painful periods my whole life and I have two relatives who have had endometriosis so bad that they've gotten surgery to get it removed so my doctor thinks I could have it. I'm not sure why I'm posting here, I think I just wanted some support. I haven't really told anyone in my family that we are trying as it's a really private thing for us and I don't want them constantly asking if I'm pregnant yet.
Has anyone here had issues getting pregnant due to endometriosis? She told me we will likely have to do a CT after this. This was just to make sure everything looked normal in there first. I have to wait a whole week to get my results and talk to my doctor about them, it's going to feel like the longest week ever.
Anyways, thanks for reading, hopefully it will happen for all of us soon. Baby dust ✨
