Anyone used a self blood test before?

I noticed these on Amazon so thought I’d pick them up they’re meant to tell you from very early but I’ve missed my period and been spotting this week odd days.. am I seeing things??

I’m 90% sure that’s a regular urine test. I just looked up blood test on Amazon and there aren’t any. You can only get a blood test done at the doctors.
