My 9 month old baby girl has had a low grade fever for a day and a half now. Other than the fever she has no other symptoms. She’s a little more clingy and fussy...but not much more than normal right now. I’m wondering how long I let this go? She’s eating and breastfeeding like normal. She’s just warm. At one point yesterday she was 100.74 degrees, so I gave her Tylenol and it brought it down.

I think my biggest concern is that we literally don’t go anywhere or see anyone. I haven’t been in a physical store since last March. So, I have no idea why she would have a fever! This makes me think it could be something more serious. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks!
