Implantation Bleeding?

I started spotting yesterday. My cycle is fairly irregular and almost impossible to track. According to the app, I should’ve started my period 2 weeks ago. I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and it came out negative. This is much fainter than my usual spotting. What do you all think, could this be implantation bleeding?
