Sorry I forgot the body of the post! Background: I got a positive 1/17 with an HCG of 53. 1/19 my HCG was 158. My last period was 12/25 which puts me today at 5 weeks but if I go by when I think I ovulated I should be 5+2. Last Saturday I had a sudden 20 minutes of terrible cramps followed by a gush of fluid and blood and all the pain went away. Minimal bleeding that day and only brown spotting for 2 days after. My doctor and I both agreed I prob miscarried. A few days later I took a pregnancy test and it was still very dark. Went in for blood work 2 days ago: 6,600. Went in for ultrasound today and surprise- 2 sacs. Can’t see any yolk sacs yet but my doctor says it may just be too early. Anyone have a scan like this early and went on to have healthy babies?? My HCG today was 13,600
