I'm wondering if anyone has had this, we're TTC and I'm currently 38. I've never had any issues with mid cycle spotting, but just this morning had some!? I'm coming up on the app prediction for ovulation and using OPKs, but haven't had a surge yet or had any of my normal ovulation symptoms. So I'm pretty sure it's not ovulation spotting (which I've never had). I'm wondering if the spotting could be from a cyst bursting? Felt a bit of discomfort earlier in the week (including during BDing - like something was being knocked on my right side) but feeling 100% now. I'm figuring it might be a cyst bursting since nothing else lines up to ovulation yet.
