I’m starting to feel crazy now 🤦🏾‍♀️

Had a chemical in December bleed for 7 days had only hcg level 9 at the beginning and 0hcg on the 30th of dec tested Wednesday gots a faint positive I think it was now all negatives I dont feel like anything no cramps I feel normal so confused of what’s going on
