10 weeks very bad cramps

I’m 10w 5d and I have very very painful cramps like I can’t move. It hurts so bad and I have a lot of discharge also. I’m on so much pain I can’t leave my bed. Its on and off but super painful. Scale 1-10 like 13. :( I’ve had cramps since I was five weeks and they were kinda painful but since yesterday they are AWFUL. Also it hurts if i lift up my leg :/
