Bleeding PP

I’m 7 weeks postpartum and I had sex at my 6 week mark. There was no pain or bleeding and then we’ve done it about 2 times after that amd then we did it again about 2 nights ago and I noticed light red bleeding but tonight I have noticed it has gotten to the regular red color and it’s more blood. Not like a period but I put on a pad just incase and while have sex I did feel a bit of pain. Any one experience this? Know what it could be? Do I need to go to my obgyn? TIA
