4 week symptoms?

What were your four week pregnancy symptoms. I am four weeks today and have fatigue and a few cramps but that’s it I don’t really feel pregnant other than bloating. 
What were your four week symptoms and is it OK if I don’t have any symptoms? ￼￼￼ my boobs haven’t really changed either. ￼

Backache, cramping, breast tenderness
4 weeks 2 days

Cramping and lower back pain at 4 weeks. At 6 weeks it hit me. Heightened smell, was nauseous constantly. Nausea stopped at 14 weeks.

I felt like I had a head cold. It was the fatigue and odd cramps that led me to take a pregnancy test at 4 weeks.

My boobs were sore, stuffy nose and sore throat, and super tired. 
That was it till about 6 weeks when I started progesterone supplements those made everything so much worse for me.
