Spotting at 14dpo

So my period was due today. I’m 14dpo. I’m always like clockwork every month. I spot the day before then my period comes the next day. This cycle I didn’t have any cramps really or my usual PMS. I just had very light spotting this afternoon. I just tested and BFN..

Anyone have IB at 14dpo or is that too late.?

Trying not to lose hope. Sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy.
