So i gave birth 4 months ago to my 1st child. My back didnt hurt til 3 months in... now i feel like its hurting even more to where i wanna throw up😞 the pain is like a 6-10... maybe 7.. will it go away?!!?! What can i do in the meantime? I dont wanna take ibuprofen all the time and rely on pills for pain.😩 my mom said it hurts because its cold outside.. anyone know anything i can do
