I had my first Transvaginal US when I was 5 +4 based on my LMP. The results said

Small intrauterine gestational sac, too small for accurate gestational age calculation. No

evidence of yolk sac, fetal pole or fetal cardiac activity. Findings most likely related to early

gestation, however blighted ovum or ectopic gestation are unable to be definitively excluded.

Correlation with serial beta HCG levels and sonographic follow-up is recommended.
