When I wiped going to the toilet I had a lot of slippery Cm on the toilet paper? It actually made it hard to wipe haha 
 Is this ovulation Cm?

Sounds like Ewcm - which is your most fertile cm. However, you can also get this type of cm post ovulation as well due to rising estrogen.
