Idek why but I've liked this name for as long as I can physically remember, back when I didn't even know how to spell it properly. I also love Cecilia for a girl 🎀 
Also do you think they would teased/hate you forever considering the meaning is blind? 😵

I like it. I knew a capable, confident Cecil who never seemed to have any trouble with his name. I don’t think any kids would bother to look it up.
