Anyone else having heart flutters???

So like.. when will they go away haha.. I was literally laying in bed scrolling my phone and felt one.. then I got dizzy for a few seconds and it went away. My midwife says I'm dehydrated bc of my urine color and I haven't had many tears lately. Anyone else?

I had this problem after I had my daughter. I was dehydrating myself. You should be drinking half your weight in ounces of water daily. If you aren’t, you are dehydrating yourself. ￼ I also developed a caffeine sensitivity that would make the flutters so much worse. However, your doctor should be making sure that it’s not a medical condition first, by referring you to a cardiologist.￼￼
