Crinone Vaginal Cream- experiences?

Starting this today. Any positive experiences? Tips? 
My progesterone dropped to 13 I’m 5 weeks.

I’m on it right now... I did IVF so I’ve been on it since my procedure and taking it until 10 weeks (8+2 right now). I put it in the morning while I’ll lying down and stay that way for 20 mins and then go about my day.
My IVF RN suggested “cleaning it out” ever couple days... it will literally be clumps of it coming out.
