Did anyone get period-like cramps 2 days before period was due but period never came and turned out to be pregnant ?

Yup with my first I had such painful cramps I thought for sure I was out. Tested positive four days after my missed period. She's four now.

Yes period cramps were my first signs of being pregnant for both my kids. But if your ttc it can be period cramps too. I’m just saying that because for my son we tried for 6 months and I tried to find every sign and got myself so down each time. Try to make it a sign if af is missed.
