How will I know?
I have been having lower back pain that comes and goes and now in the front as well they feel like period cramps (belly button area) but then again I have had diarrhea so maybe I don’t know.

Or maybe I want him to come so bad I have been making it up.
But my lower back hurts 😕🤷🏻♀️
How do I know???
