Do i need to be active in early pregnancy?
I’m not a super active person but I am a healthy eater. I’m not overweight although I always think I am.
I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages & have PCOS. I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant. Should I be active? Or should I take it easy and rest? Being active for me would be going on a walk with the dogs. I want to make sure I do everything right and this baby sticks.
