My toddler is eating too much
My daughter is 17 months and she’s started eating like crazy. At first i thought it was just a growth spurt but it’s getting out of control. Right now she is screaming because i told her no i wouldn’t give her a slice of bread. It’s only almost 2pm and for breakfast she had an egg (scrambled) a whole banana, and toast with apple juice. She ate it all and That was at 8am then at 10am i gave her a snack bar with water. Then at 11 i gave her apple sauce. Then at 1pm she had a tuna sandwich. I feel like I’m feeding her enough. But she’s still asking for more to eat. But this is nothing compared to other days where she eats more than me and her father put together. Her last appointment she was 16lbs so she’s not big at all. It’s getting to a point where she’s asking for foood all day. Almost every hour then gets really upset when i tell her no and wait. I try to play with her, give her toys let her watch tv but she still asks for food. I feel bad because i don’t know if she’s genuinely hungry or it’s something else. Do i just keep feeding her since she’s already so small or do i just feed her normally?
