Did you ladies actually wear postpartum belly band?

Does it actually work??? I’m 5 weeks postpartum and I’ve only wore it a few times. I hate wearing it!

I wore it after my second pregnancy and am wearing it now almost 4 weeks pp. 
I had 3 csections, I found the band to help with recovery and mobility. I am still wearing the band to lift the overhang of skin from having 3 csections. Mum pouch is there. 
Does it work? I’d say it works for what I think it is intended for.

I wore one incorrectly and I think it contributed to my mild prolapse. It felt like it was pushing down and hard to breathe. It needs to be put on properly and feel supportive.

I wore it pretty much constantly the first 2 weeks after my csectiob. I’m not sure if it “worked” as this is my first baby but I know it provided support and stability if nothing else. Easily my most “must have” postpartum product. I’m 5 weeks pp now and don’t wear it much, mainly just compression leggings.
