Just wondering, is this your first month using a digital kit/monitor?
If so, I am going through the same thing. I am using the Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor, and I've shown up as "High" for the last 5 days.
It is reading my oestrogen as high, which is normal, however, it has not detected a drop in oestrogen, and then a rise in luteinizing hormone to a level that sets it's "Peak Alarm" off. 
From my research, in the first month of digital monitoring, this can happen to many women for very common, and normal reasons.
Firstly, I (and maybe you as well) hit the oestrogen threshold (that the monitor got all excited about) at a completely normal time - CD 7. The oestrogen is there to get the follicles to grow, a dominant follicle to form, and then the dominant follicle to grow to the right size to escape. 
So showing "High" if you are using a digital kit means that you've got oestrogen doing it's thing. To get "Peak", you need the LH to surge. 
For some women, their LH will surge but it will not meet the "usual" threshold that the manufacturer uses. 
This can happen with strips as well. For me, the strips are useless, and cause me extra stress, as I cannot get my "blazing positive". I get darker, but I never seem to have even equal control and test lines.
I found from my research that when using a digital monitor, it will take all of your readings of LH into account, and then find your peak. However, this is with the monitor that stores all my daily readings each cycle.
You can get LH strips that have a lower threshold, the usual is 25 i.u./ml. However, you can find some that go down to 10 i.u./ml. 
I plan to check with these sensitive ones next month if no peak is identified this month.
However, I also measure my BBT, and check my cervical mucus daily. I've only just started with the monitor, whereas I've become comfortable with checking my body's signs over the last few months.
Please don't worry. You aren't alone, I asked Google, and I found that it is such a common thing in the first month, its even on Clearblue's website.
Although, I got ridiculously excited when I saw "High" (I hadn't had a period for 6 months following the Depo injection, and had a period, finally, this month), that my husband has been pounced on every other day since!
