I was on birth control for most of the past 17 years.. I stopped taking it 2 1/2 years ago and got pregnant right away, I miscarried very early on, we tried for the next 6 months to get pregnant again with no success. I got back on birth control for about a year because I was planning my wedding/getting married. I’ve been off birth control now for 5 months and my periods are all out of whack. They were very consistent at first, (31 days apart for the first 4 months), my last one came at 34 days and now it’s been 41 days and still no period. How do I track my ovulation if my periods are this screwed up?
