Why am I not ovulating??

Ok so Im trying to conceive i have a regular period and all but the app says I’m at a 27% high chance of pregnancy right now but I took an ovulation test and I’m not ovulating any advice on what’s going on?

Honestly when I first started the ovulation test i was so confused and just like you I was always missing my peak listening to this app 🤣 so here is what I started to do 
1. From the day I got off my period I started to do early morning testing (cvs brand strips 20pk they work for me and I would label the dates ) once a day bc some women ovulate early 
 
2.I would log it into this app and still take pics of it in my phone to show progression .
3. Once I hit my fertile week(via the apps prediction) I began to test twice a day (am and mid day afternoon) .... I would see the progress . Once I hit 2 days before predicted ovulation day I boosted it till 3 times a day 
4. I finally ovulated on the prediction day this cycle but times before I wouldn’t so I continued to test up until a week before my period was expected (bc women can ovulate late too) don’t get discouraged. We don’t always ovulate sometimes we may not in that cycle . If you need anymore advice I’m here . I finally got my peak yesterday and I’m praying this is it 
I also learned that once you get your positive bd at least the next following days after ovulation day or peak . That’s when your egg will release . I always assumed my ovulation day was when I got my peak And stopped baby dancing the day of but it is actually within within the following hours (I think 24-48)

The app is just a guess based on the average of women in general. It doesn't know when you specifically will ovulate. To make sure you catch it you need to test with ovulation tests right after your period and keep going until you catch it. Since it's too late for that I would just keep testing now. If it's never positive and you get a period it means you missed it and start tracking earlier next cycle.

Honestly I went mad with testing my ovulation. I never got a peak, turns out my hormone levels werent super high enough and I probably wasn't even ovulating half the time. So I ended up taking natural vitamins one month to help encourage my body. Totally went on a whim based on people on this app. Two days prior to my predicted ovulation day I had the most obvious sign (lots of CM), convinced my husband it was worth to try even though my ovulation tests were all negative. 3 days later I had positive ovulation tests and actually didn't have s**... Well I'm 7 why pregnant now. So don't stress over those tests, cause turns out youre supposed to do it a few days prior to the sperm have time to make it before the egg releases.

The ovulation tests NEVER worked for me. Always said I wasn’t ovulating even though I’ve never had any issues with my period. I asked my doc too and he said it’s so time sensitive. Even the month I got pregnant the ovulation test said negative. I stopped testing because they were stressing me out.

I’m in the same boat, I normally ovulate CD18 now CD19 and nothing. I’ve been testing since my period ended and not a single positive/peak
