Car recommendations for car seats?

Question

I’m pregnant with my first right now, but my husband and I know we’d like 2-3 children eventually. I’m pretty early on (only about 5 weeks) but will definitely need a new car before baby comes as I currently drive a 2 door coupe! 
So - what are all your recommendations for cars that fit car seats well? Would like to avoid a minivan at least for now! Looking into sedans or mid size SUVs...Volvo s60, Volvo XC60, Nissan Altima, Nissan Maxima are the top ones on my mind right now but open to any suggestions!
Also, if it matters we’ll likely have the uppababy Mesa infant seat and then when we need to upgrade would go to Nuna exec convertible seat.

I love Chevy Traverses. They aren’t huge and bulky, but they have three rows which is perfect for the size family you want. I would recommend a small SUV over a sedan for sure, I have a sedan and with our second baby on the way we definitely thing it’s way too small.

Any car or suv of your Preference a car seat will fit just fine in any one I’m using the Donna car seat and I’m also using a toddler car seat I have a charger and a Tahoe and my kids father have a Honda a car seat will fit in whatever car you want

I have a 2015 Toyota 4Runner and a 2017 Chevy Malibu.

We are considering either a Ford explorer or volvo xc60. The volvo is just incredible on safety ratings, but the explorer isn't far behind. We have 2 dogs and a baby so we are leaning towards Explorer because the third row would be great for the dogs since the baby took their seat, lol.
I'm torn between the nuna rava and the executive one. Could you tell me why your leaning towards executive?

I have a Nissan Rogue Sport and let me tell you it is NOT big enough for a car seat we have to put the passenger seat all the way forward to fit it in the back seat. Sooo while I love my Nissan I’m sad I’ll eventually need something else.

I had a Mesa and it was fine in my rav4. I also drove an atlas for awhile and absolutely loved it!
