What were the effects it did for you? How did you feel afterwards?

I did the Castro Oil pack for the first time last night for a hour and had my husband massage my belly afterwards. Maybe 30 mins later I had little cramps but then I was fine. Today I woke up spotting super light brown. I been spotting on and off super light brown all day. This morning I was making my clients bed and I had sharp pains and pains that felt like contractions for 2-3 mins. I haven't had cramping since. Is this normal? I have longer cycles. I'm about a week from ovulation. Too early for this for ovulation or a period. I also do the ovulation test and temping so I know it's not from ovulation. This is weird.
