First IVF cycle ✨

My husband and I have been TTC for over 4 years and have had no luck. We’ve been seeing an RE since 2019 and had seven failed IUI’s in 2020.

This month we started our IVF cycle!! I just had my second ultrasound and blood draw this morning (day 6 of Follistim 225UI injections) they had me start my Ganirelix injection at the office and told me to start my Menopur tonight.

Got a call a few hours later saying my labs showed my estrogen was still higher than they wanted so to lower my Follistim to 150UI and to hold off on the Menopur for one more night.

They did say that everything else is looking great and right on schedule. Next appointment is Monday morning so hopefully we get an idea on the numbers growing.

I’m feeling so hopeful and excited!
