Keratosis pilaris treatment for 2 year old
Help! Does anything actually work? Our 27 month old has it on his cheeks and during the winter it’s gotten much bumpier and redder. We slather him in Aquaphor and just started exfoliating with a washcloth during his bath. The pediatrician said we can’t use anything stronger until he’s older, so of course we will wait. Just wondering if anyone has found anything that works for a kiddo his age. Did you notice a link to diet? I’ve read that sometimes cutting out gluten can help, but no clue if there is an actual link between wheat sensitivity and KP. He doesn’t eat dairy. Thanks!
