Please help me with my OPKs- confused!!

Hi girls! Help please. I’m a bit confused. 3rd cycle TTC. Came off the pill in November and have been tracking since then. The last 2 cycles I have never had a positive opk. The line was never close to dark. After tracking cm and cervix position (last 2 cycles I thought I knew what soft and open was and also what fertile cm was) until this month... I’ve realised that my cervix gets a lot softer around O time and I get en enormous amount of watery cm.

Anywayyy, finally i got a positive opk yesterday.

So glow moved my O date to today (wasn’t meant to be until Tuesday) my cycles are still regulating (35,32 day cycle) it is predicting that this cycle is 28 days.

The last 4 days I have had super soft cervix that has been consistent and lots of watery cm (no colour at all). Today my cervix seems to be a bit harder but still a little open.

My question is: if I got a positive opk yesterday lunch time, then a lighter opk in the afternoon, does that mean I just had a short surge?

I tested today and it was light as well. I’ll add a picture.

When I inputted my opk from today, glow move my O date again to yesterday (when I got my positive)

So do you usually only ovulate on the days that you get a positive opk?? I thought it was 24 hours after positive??

Please give me some guidance, I’m going crazzzyy!!! So
