I need help.

I had a baby in September 2020 and my period since having her have been at least 6 days long. Here I am on day 4 and since day 3 it’s been super light. I’ve only had to wear a panty liner. The heaviest day was day 2 and it wasnt even enough to soak a pad like it usually is. I usually wear tampons but it wasn’t heavy enough to wear them. Could this be implantation bleeding?
