So my boobs are usually sore 10-14 days before my period and my periods due in 8 days and only my left breast is slightly tender..usually they hurt so bad I can barely touch them 
Is this normal???
I’m not having penetrative sex(me and my bf jus fool around but I don’t think any cum hasn’t gotten near my vagina) so I don’t think I’m pregnant 
Is this normak?

What you’re feeling 14 days before your period is likely not PMS but ovulation symptoms. 
It’s also normal for your symptoms and cycle to change.

Pms changes as you grow up it won’t be the same forever you can’t be pregnant if you don’t have sex
