Period help

Question

Does anyone have irregular periods and when you do have them sometimes there are clots almost the size of your fist? I’m also bleeding through an ultra tampon and a pad but only in the morning then the rest of the day there isn’t much.

You might have your gyno doctor check your blood to see if you have PCOS. Poly cystic ovary syndrome. Im currently going through the exact same thing. If you do have it, they might try birth control or metformin. I dont take anything except Maca root powder, 1 tsp a day helps balance out hormones. Its good if you have hormone imbalance. Tastes nutty, so I take it in a half of cup of milk with a little chocolate syrup each day. You could try that for a few weeks and see if it affects you. If you try it, make sure its says Peruvian. Also, it affects some people's stomach, so if it starts hurting stop taking it. Yellow and red are good for women. Usually if it doesn't specify,  its a mixture. And thats fine. I hope it helps you!
