Low back pain this early?!

Anyone experienced this at 4 weeks?

I had really bad back pain a week ago and it has now dulled down. I notice it’s worse when I’m on my feet for a longer period of time.

I’m almost four weeks and have back pain but I also work out depending on the pain if it’s normal cramping pain that you can feel in your lower back it’s normal but I think there’s nothing to worry about but I am not a doctor if it helps easy your thought call your doctors nurse and ask

Me everyday!! That is my biggest symptom. Never had it like this before and not feeling too many more symptoms.
