Could I have this baby early??🙏🏼

So I’m currently 35 weeks but the baby is measuring 40-41 weeks and weighs over 8 pounds now. What are my chances of having this baby soon??

8 pounds at 35 weeks is a big baby haha! Little chunk 😍😍 they arnt always accurate normally 1-2 pounds off! I couldn’t imagine them letting you go over 37 weeks though if that is the case! They will want to give his lungs the best chance naturally whilst being safe! Did they tell you at the scan their thoughts?

Big babies don’t necessarily mean they’ll come early or even need to. Just because his size is large he still needs to finish cooking lol. My last was 10lb 1oz and only induced at 39+1 because low amniotic fluid level not size. Current baby also on track to hit ten lbs and no plans to have him until he decides to come or has a valid medical reason to induce.
