Boy or Girl?! Ahhhh

Hi, we had our 20wk scan (I’m actually 21+3) we debated on finding out the gender and eventually asked. But the tech said she couldn’t see clearly so gave us no answer, BUT I can’t understand how because she got amazing pictures. Please help - my husband thinks he saw something but this is the picture shows nothing! Anyone have an educated guess?
