Currently just started experiencing a low dull achy, tingling pain on my lower left abdomen a few hours ago never experienced this before. I'm 6dpo today

Unfortunately, there isn’t any scientific evidence that shows implantation can cause physical symptoms. It happens microscopically, so we won’t be aware of what’s happening. 6DPO is still extremely early..I wouldn’t read too much into anything at this point, as most symptoms during the TWW are caused by Progesterone. Take a test when/if you miss your period! Good luck! ✨
