8 month old bruised

So my baby fell off the bed and i feel like complete shit over it.. I literally hate myself for turning my back & now she has a knot on her head and on the side of her eye a bit.. she fell on a game system & im so mad & hurt I just want to cry, she fell asleep which I was so scared about but I called her pediatrician office and got transferred to a oncall doctor and she told me that she’s ok to sleep and that look out for signs like vomiting and eye pupils & if she’s not acting normal & she seems to be acting normal it’s just the bruises look so bad to me & I would go get it checked but she told me unless that was going ok she’s fine & to let her sleep & wake her up in 2 hours to make sure she can wake up &everythings fine which I will do.. because it’s snowing so bad I don’t really want to go out but I will if I have to but please tell me what you think and share stories because my mind of racing !!
