So my little girl is 18 months and for the past 3 months shes started to develop eczema (may be down to the cooler weather) shes never had the best skin always bumpy and dry but its now becoming red and raised and shes itching it too. Ive been using zero base emollient lotion as recommended but it seems to of gotten worse but im not sure if it will get worse before it gets better 😩 i have hydrocortisone 1% and only ever use that if it looks sore and angry but i dont like to use it much as ive been told it can thin her skin. Of anyone has any recommendations or if they have experience with this "dream cream" i would be grateful for your comments and experiences thankyou i will literally try all i can to get her skin back to normal!!

Oilatum junior bath additive

Oats in the bath

Aveno baby lotion

Changed washing power from fairy to persil (recommended by online forums for eczema) and we dont use fabric conditioner as that can apparently make it worse.

Zero base

Petroleum jelly

Aveno baby bath emollient body wash.

We litrally dont put anything atall in her bath now just water and wash her haor with childs farm sensitive hair wash.

Im at my whitts end now doctors wont see us just yet due to covid and strict lockdown 😢😢
