Cramping after birth?

How long did you cramp after birth? What did you do to soothe it?

I never had any cramping after giving birth.

For a good few weeks, more so when breastfeeding which I was told to go for a wee before I fed as it’ll make it less painful 🤷🏻‍♀️

How long after birth? 
After birth you still get contractions as your uterus goes back to its normal size. That time frame differs from mom to mom. 
Almost the same as period cramps, a heating pad works well. Warm bath. Depending on how long after birth & what type of birth (c-section not recommended) possibly an Epsom salt bath.
