When do you stop testing after positive pregnancy test?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and was wondering when everyone stopped testing?

I tested until I got a positive digital to show my husband(10dpo) then I stopped, there was no need to keep testing after an obvious positive

I tested obsessively until my first scan. But believe me when I say STOP AFTER ONE!!! You are doing nothing but giving yourself more anxiety and stress. With my first I had great line progression so I wasn’t worried. With my second (now a healthy 6 month old) I never got a “dye stealer” and at one point the line started getting lighter and it made me panic and rush to the OB. He advised that testing should be one and done. Once you get a positive stop testing because I positive is a positive. PLUS your line progression does not mean a healthy or unhealthy baby.

I tested once a week until my first scan at 8w3d. I had a ton of cheap pregmate tests from Amazon, so I didn’t feel as guilty for wasting money.

I tested 3 times because I used the same brand the first two times and convinced myself they were “bad” and false positives lol. Used a different brand for the 3rd time and then I was convinced.
