A scared pregnancy experience

I had some spotting and I went to the emergency room. I'm supposed to. Be 7 weeks and they did an ultrasound and say the flicker meaning there is a heart but my hcg dropped by 123. Has this ever happened to anyone and did you had a healthy pregnancy? I'm so scared
