I hope y’all can help me.

I am 24 and I usually get my period around every 33 days. I usually get them around the end of the month. Even if my period doesn’t land on the exact date I predicted it will fall around that week.

Well last week on the 23rd I was supposed to have my period. I never got concerned after I missed that day bc I knew blood was coming afterwards.

But I have passed the week mark.

I keep having slight cramps here and there. I had a really painful cramping two night ago. I wanted to cry and I couldn’t move. My nipples are super sensitive. If I try to touch them with my finger tips slightly, they hurt a lot. My boobs don’t feel swelled like usual before I get my period. I also have been having really good bowel movements which usually occurs while I am on my period. I also have sticky, creamy white cervical mucus. Not sure if that has to do with anything.

Any ideas?
