I want to start using cups any advice?

- what if it’s too small will it slip out?
- are they uncomfortable?
- do they not tilt and spill?
- do they hurt to insert?

-it definitely won’t slip out. get the size recommended for you
-they can be uncomfortable when you are first using them and learning how to properly place them but it’s nothing as painful as say having something sharp up there
-nope. if you take it out correctly, they won’t tilt and spill
-they can be complicated to put in and it could be uncomfortable , but once you get the hang of it it’s a breeze 
i love my cup. other than cramps obviously, i forget i’m on my period ! always do what’s comfortable for you though.
