Anyone else feel like this is all one big hoax? Like they are not pregnant?

I’m a FTM and this is just such a strange feeling to me. I’m currently 13 weeks + 4 days. Even though I saw our little bean at 11 weeks, it’s hard to believe I am actually pregnant. I don’t have my next appointment until next Monday, but I’m hoping to see baby or at least hear heartbeat. I feel like I need the constant reassurance. It doesn’t help that I don’t feel pregnant at all and I know I won’t get bump/feel baby until later on.
