Does anyone else get crampy during thier fertile window?

I've been really crampy the last couple days and some pink discharge I think it's ovulation spotting wich I've had before but I've never had cramping before. I am currently trying for baby number two and this is the first day of my fertile window according to the app. Me and my husband had unprotected sex on the 28th and 29th. I am hoping that isn't too early to get pregnant.

Well, according to this app, my hot flushes during my fertile phase means I'm menopausal!!!
But in answer to your specific question, I get no normal symptoms, but I do get twinges/cramps and hot flushes. I have cramps as my cervix gets higher during the time leading up to ovulation (corresponding with the muscles contracting to "pull" the cervix up).
Its fine to use a hot water bottle during this stage if heat helps you. Just be careful once you hit post-ovulation, as it's not recommended to use direct heat in the very early stages of pregnancy ( 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 ).
