Last night I found a bump on my scalp, it feels super tender and bruised in the area, it's firm, but if you add pressure it doesn't feel like it's under the skin, more so like my skin is swollen causing the firmness if that makes sense. But I'm super freaking out, but I have extreme anxiety when it comes to anything medical or going to the doctor so I physically cannot go to one. I feel so scared I don't know what to do
