My midwife had me come in for an ultrasound to see what was going on because low back ache and some fairly heavy intermittent brown mucous nastiness. Everything looked great and I measured one day earlier than my LMP, which means I got my first positive at only 7dpo based on the ultrasound timing and when we had sex this month 🤪

Everything looked great, no sch like we suspected. I do have several cysts on both ovaries so she suggested the stretching uterus along with a couple large cysts could be causing the pressure in my lower back. They think the bleeding is from cervical irritation and aren’t concerned now at this point unless it gets worse.

Heart rate was a healthy 121.
